Single Shaft Shredder Type LR & LRK
The reliable and robust LRK700, LRK1000 and LRK1400 plastic shredders are used in the plastics processing and recycling industries for regranulation, in-house recycling and volume reduction.
Like all UNTHA shredders, the LRK plastic shredders can be operated as a “stand-alone solution” or integrated into complex systems. High throughput, high availability and a precisely definable granulate guarantee the user high economic efficiency of the versatile single-shaft shredders.

Four shaft shredder type RS
The RS class shredders are particularly characterized by high availability and process reliability; they also have a practical design and are uniquely productive. A particular advantage of the 4-shaft shredders is the high quality of the output material, which is achieved due to the good material disintegration in the shredding process. The optimal lumpiness and homogeneity of the shredded material is perfectly suited for further sorting processes and the recovery of valuable materials.
The replaceable perforated screen allows the granule sizes to be defined according to the application. In general, each RS30 and RS40 shredder can be individually configured as required and is available both as a stand-alone solution or a complete solution.

The DAC series small dryers are the ideal solution for drying hygroscopic polymers for small production batches. The series includes 7 dryer models with hoppers from 2 dm3 to 100 dm3 for production batches up to 30 kg/h.
