Temperature control with water Compact
The compact water temperature controllers for applications and requirements in the small to medium performance range and temperatures up to 160°C are used particularly frequently in plastic injection molding, but also in other processes. They are suitable for temperature control of high-quality applications and enable documentation of process parameters.

Temperature control with water Advanced
The WP high-performance water tempering systems meet the highest safety requirements and offer a temperature range from 90°C to 200 °C as well as almost unlimited options. During the design process, great emphasis was placed on quality, durability and energy-saving operation. Only the highest quality materials are used in the WP series, all water-bearing parts are corrosion resistant. The pumps are multistage centrifugal pumps with a high efficiency and therefore very energy-saving. The excellent insulation of the components also saves energy and contributes to a longer service life of the system.

Temperature control with oil Advance
High-temperature oil temperature control systems up to 350 °C are suitable where other media cannot be used due to the highest temperature requirements. Thanks to its wide range in terms of performance, temperature ranges and dimensions, the Oil Advanced product family is suitable for a wide variety of processes and requirements in a broad performance range. With the highest reliability and accuracy, the systems are characterized by almost unlimited options and equipment variants for every requirement.

Variothermy
With the aid of variothermal temperature control and corresponding mold inserts, temperature changes of more than 100 °C temperature difference can be achieved in problem areas or even in complete molds. For this purpose, SINGLE’s ATT temperature change system maintains a heat transfer medium at different temperature levels in two separate circuits. The two circuits in the ATT are always operated with the same medium. Water is for application temperature ranges up to 200 °C.

SINGLE
Water distributor SFC
The SFC water distributor is fully integrated into the control system of the temperature control units. The SFC is available either as an add-on or stand-alone version and with 16 (2×8) , 8, 6 or 4 water circuits. Each circuit is monitored and optionally controlled. Robust and high-quality components with precise temperature and flow measurement guarantee high process stability in water distribution and control and enable improved part quality with the lowest possible scrap.
The stand-alone variant is a self-sufficient unit with water distributor and control box. The variant can be attached to any device.
