Our conveyor systems help you to transport plastics internally. The type of conveyor should be chosen based on the goods being conveyed. In addition to separators, single-phase conveyors, multi-phase conveyors, powder conveyors, we also offer coupling stations.

Venturi separator VLV
Pneumatic conveyor model VLV for small production batches up to 20-30 kg/h. Made entirely of anodized aluminum, the VLV conveyor features a Plexiglas tube with adjustable level sensor and is equipped with a high-efficiency suction probe for venturi-based pneumatic conveying. It can be installed directly on a machine or on a small machine hopper.

Single phase conveyors VLM
The VLM single-phase feeders are used for automatic conveying of plastic granulate to processing machines, drying hoppers and metering units. Single-phase separators are equipped with built-in suction. Material suction capacity of up to 500 kg/h and maximum distance of 15 m. The microprocessor board and programming keyboard allow the operator to easily program and control the machine.

Powder conveying equipment VLP
The VLP powder conveyors are an intelligent solution for the pneumatic conveying of plastic materials in powder form.
They can also be used to transport food, pharmaceutical and chemical products under the highest hygienic standards. Ideal for free-flowing powders with particle sizes from 10 to 200 μm and bulk densities from 0.35 to 1.8 kg/dm3.
